Dieser Implementierungsleitfaden und die Sammlung von weiteren FHIR-Artefakten ist im Rahmen des "AKTIN e.V. - Aktionsbündnis zur Verbesserung der Kommunikations- und Informationstechnologie in der Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin" (AKTIN) zusammengestellt. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist, für die Verbesserung der Dokumentation in der Notfallmedizin FHIR-Profile zur Verwendung im Versorgungskontext zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dieser Leitfaden fokussiert zunächst auf die AKTIN Akte „Notfalldokumentation“, die als Episodenzusammenfassung der Notfallbehandlung in der Notaufnahme fungiert und einen ersten Bestandteil der AKTIN Akte darstellt. Neben diesem ersten Dokument kann man sich in der AKTIN Akte in Zukunft weitere Dokumente, granulare Ressourcen-Netzwerke, Operatoren usw. vorstellen.
Die Einleitung gibt Aufschluss über das Rationale der AKTIN-Initiative und zeigt einen Rückblick und die bisherigen Errungenschaften.
Der Technische Hintergrund erläutert die momentane Zielsetzung dieses Implementierungsleitfadens und der Sammlung von weiteren FHIR-Artefakten.
Im Vorfeld dieses Kommentierungsverfahrens gab es zahlreichen Input von verschiedener Seite zu den "Previews" der AKTIN Akte Notfalldokumentation und FHIR Profilen sowie Terminologien. Dafür danken wir allen Kommentatoren. Die Diskussionen hierzu finden sich im Ballotportal von HL7 Deutschland.
Dies ist das zweite Kommentierungsverfahren auf der Basis des komplett definierten FHIR Dokuments Episodenzusammenfassung Notfalldokumentation und den aufgeführten RegistermeldungenErsteinschätzung und NoKeda.
